報告摘要:
In a cloud of health records, hospitals outsource their records to the cloud and encrypt the sensitive data in order to protect the privacy of patients. However, traditional database join operation does not work on encrypted data. Furthermore, as access pattern leaks information, it is necessary to control the access to the records. Therefore, it is desired to have an encryption mechanism which allows only authorized users to search among the records encrypted under different keys. In this talk we introduce a new notion, called identity-based encryption with equality test supporting flexible authorization (IBEET-FA). It supports the test of whether two ciphertexts encrypted under different keys encapsulate the same message, and in the meanwhile supports fine-grained authorization of the test. Besides, IBEET-FA does not suffer from the complex key management problem of its counterpart in the traditional public key infrastructure. We propose a concrete construction of IBEET-FA, and prove it to be secure based on simple mathematical assumptions. Experimental results show that our IBEET-FA scheme is efficient and can satisfy various types of search over encrypted health records.

黃瓊,教授,博導(dǎo)。2010年獲香港城市大學(xué)博士學(xué)位,2011年至今在華南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)工作,主要研究密碼學(xué)與信息安全。近年來主持了多項國家自然科學(xué)基金和省部級科研項目,發(fā)表各類論文80余篇。現(xiàn)為華南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)與信息學(xué)院副院長,廣東省自然科學(xué)基金杰出青年基金獲得者,廣東省特支計劃科技創(chuàng)新青年拔尖人才,廣州市珠江科技新星。擔(dān)任中國密碼學(xué)會青年工作委員會委員,中國計算機學(xué)會廣州分部執(zhí)行委員,廣東省計算機學(xué)會理事、云計算專委會副主任委員、網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間安全專委會副主任委員。擔(dān)任了40余個國際會議的程序委員會委員以及30余個國際學(xué)術(shù)期刊的同行評審專家。曾獲2016年教育部霍英東教育基金會高等院校青年教師獎,2017年ACM中國新星獎廣州分會獎。
